Picture Ending Homelessness
Monday, April 9, 2007For many years, Cathy ten Broeke has used her skills as a documentary photographer to educate people about homelessness and inspire social change. Her most recent exhibit, "Picture Ending Homelessness," breaks away from the stereotypical image of the homeless, and focuses on presenting a true depiction of who the homeless are. Through this, she hopes viewers "will recognize themselves and their loved ones in these faces and stories" and no longer be able to ignore the problem.
